So I came here because the competition was too slow on drive thru not taking orders sequentially. While my order was taken promptly here my experience only went downhill from there.
1. Ordered a large combo received a medium. With a drink that looked like someone had taken a drink.
While this is forgivable the additional errors in combination were to many to ignore.
2. I received my order. Realized I didnt get my mcflurry. I received a plain burger which I didn't order a plain a burger.
So I had to walk in to have them correct it.
I simply requested if my order could be corrected as had not ordered plain and had not received mcflurry I showed receipt and handed the order to them.
3. When I received my order to my surprise it was fairly quick 3-5 min.
I wass so hungry I sat down and bit Into my order only to realize meat was not cooked properly.
I took a picture and believe manager approached after noticing took picture showed burger. She did offer to replace. Requested to cook to make it right. I simply mentioned to try to get the orders right the first time. I was too hungry to return it and was simply going to leave a review I told her. I'm not the type to be returning items and as unsatisfied as I was I was not a happy camper she was not making the situation any better as much as she was trying. She stated they were short staffed and that "sometimes it happens" the uncooked meat? . I mean after you make a mistake your goal should be to get it right. Yet you want another opportunity? That's exactly what I expressed. Few minutes later realized mcflurry was incorrect as it was not oreo.
After she brought the correct mcflurry she did try to make it up by providing some coupons even though had told her I was good didn't want anything or replacement of any sort simply to do better. After I was ready to leave simply passed along those coupons someone else can enjoy them.
Few years ago had a similar situation at this location however it was raw chicken in center. In that instance the manager stated that it had just been freshly cooked that it was not possible as if I had stated it was old or something. It was the manager. That instance which I was dumbfounded and simply requested a hamburger instead to not risk salmonella.
Being short staff is no excuse for less than satisfactory service. Being short staff is not an excuse for the multiple mistakes. Being short staff is no excuse for the excuses tried to use to justify the lack of service. Being short staff I could understand if I saw the staff being proactive but while inside everyone seemed very laid back not under any pressure or much effort for that matter.
Keep it simple.
The worst food ever old cold fries and my burger was gross amd made with 2 end piece buns. I did a pick up order online so expected quick hot food and what i got was there messed up old food im pretty sure was just conveniently sitting there and i just happened to order at the wrong time for me right time for them but really not cuz that was the worst ever. Will never come to this location ever again.
Absolutely terrible. Idk what they're putting in the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, but it was NOT chicken. My order came out in less than 30 seconds, so It definitely was not fresh. Also had to stand there and wait until I saw the sign to "ring bell for service " what a joke. These people want $20/hr, and can't even stand at the register. I refuse to use the self order kiosk.
Clean nice restrooms. We ordered with the side screen, and our coffees did not come out as ordered, even though we paid for the extra stuff I.e. whipped cream, caramel syrup.
On the receipts, it says that if you give a five star review, they will give you a free baked good or fry … seems like bribery to me!
I mean... I didn't even eat here, but do I REALLY have to? I just felt like being a jerk and rating this place. So the food was gross, the people were awesome and need a raise, and the atmosphere... well it's McDonald's. What do you expect?
