McDonald's

This is the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever received. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions. They always hand out these yellow sticky notes with numbers on them even when they’re not busy. On my previous trip I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and waited 20 minutes with my sticky note number of course. It was just myself and one other person waiting, the other person ended up going in to get their food because it had taken so long. Today has finally prompted me to leave a review, though. I’d like to give negative stars. As always, I was given a sticky note and waited for 15 minutes. When my food finally came, I realized they forgot my sauces and I had to go into the restaurant. When I finally got home to eat my meal, I took a bite out of my quarter pounder and found a piece of paper in it! Whoever cooked the patty forgot to remove the separating paper. Truly disgusting. Also the chicken nuggets were the most depressing chicken nuggets ever. I’m officially done with this place but if you dare go here be aware and be ready to wait for your fast food. Don’t forget to check your order for accuracy before leaving either.

This McDonald's gave me a cold hash brown bitter coffee the breakfast sandwich was okay but it could have been warmer. I came back to return the coffee in hash browns for a fresh one and she took the old coffee and hash brown which I know they're not supposed to take food back and she gave me another hash brown that was very hot which I believe they put it in the microwave and the coffee was better the second time. But the service at this McDonald's is not good what time I went through the drive-thru and they told me to Park and they will bring me out coffee, well that coffee never came I had to go inside the store with my pajamas on which was very embarrassing. When I got inside my two coffees was sitting on a table. I complained and the manager gave me my money back and the coffee for free. We need to boycott this McDonald's. If we take turns boycotting this McDonald's either it will close down or they will be forced to get their act together.

Food was fine but the dining room has now been denied refills for their drinks! Really? $2.50+ for their drinks with their dry food and no refills? Won't go back to this location and you should avoid it too until they change back their policy!

NO BABY CHANGING TABLE?!?!! The gentleman that helped us was great. I’m leaving this review strictly because I’m appalled that there is no changing table in a McDonald’s bathroom! We dined in and when I went to change my 6 month old I had to do it in the dining area at a booth. I’m shocked. This needs to be fixed.

After getting our yellow sticky note and waiting for 15 minutes watching everyone who ordered after us get their food and nearly hit each other's cars trying to get out of the waiting pen, I went in. I encountered the rudest young lady employee I have ever come across. After several rude comments from her outside she continued inside. When I asked her name she smirked and said Anna and why. I told her she was rude making comments after she passed me, at the register and outside. She then wanted to argue. Let's face it Anna, you gave our food to the wrong car. That's why you came back in with a bag with a #1 and and were defensive and rude. We rarely don't cook at home and I regret that I thought I would have a break tonight and get food there. Can't decide what was worse the 20 min wait for fast food or the snarky cashier. NEVER EVER AGAIN
