McDonald's

The shakes and drinks were delightful, but the person (he/she) taking my order made it difficult for me to communicate properly. Despite repeating my order four times, they still managed to get it wrong. It would be better if humans, not aliens, handled customer orders.

By far the Mcdonalds in Magnolia Arkansas is the worst store in the entire company. Food is literally thrown together. My wife ordered an iced vanilla coffe and got iced water with vanilla syrup. They also accused my wife of trying to scan free food from them when some teenagers that the manager allows to just hang out in the store stole her order. The managers and staff are all rude with very bad attitudes. We will never go to this location again and will advise everyone we know to do the same…. Corporate office do us a huge favor, fire everyone working at this location and hire a new staff or just close it down…

The service was bad. Went through the drive through and they just did not have their listen ears on so the order was all messed up.

Only got sundaes, but the employee (actually a manager) handed them over with ice cream and caramel all over the outside of the cups. Very messy. Update to the sundae, tonight we stopped by to grab a quick bite. The employees were more busy playing that fixing the food.

An employee did get an attitude with me. But overall a good experience with everything else.
