McDonald's

I use the drive-in. Staff are always courteous, efficient & accurate. It seems to me that the management of this McDonalds takes pride in hiring people who are very customer service-oriented, & it shows. Much appreciated!

First time in a while. This visit was strange. There is no one behind the front counter for five minutes. Several places where you can make your order by laptop. The dinning area was stark. There were about 6 cars at the drivethru. This is not the McDonald's I grew up with.

Fast, friendly service at the drive-thru every time. Love using their app. Easy and you get the best deals, plus you earn free points towards things. Best way to help reduce costs.

My family and I stopped here on our way home from the beach this morning. The service was absolutely awful. The lady at the first window was very kind but the lady giving us our food at the second window was not nice at all. She got angry because I asked for the orange juice and water that I ordered. And then she YELLED at me to go around the car that she had pull up only 3 feet in front of me to wait for their food. I work in customer service as well, and I have NEVER treated a customer with such disrespect. That was the first interaction I had this morning, and it set the tone for the rest of my day. Be respectful or don’t work in customer service 👏🏼
