McDonald's

This establishment needs a new crew for the afternoon. Anytime between the hours of 9-4 I come in and see the managers struggle to keep employees in their assigned spots. Service is slow and unorganized, The food is a flip of the coin it can be good yet many times it's garbage. My kid likes the chicken nuggets and that's why we go, but the last time it was burnt tasting. He hasn't asked me to return to that store we now go down the road to the other store.

Would give a zero if I could. I needed a drink and the kiosk states "skip the line and order here". I paid before 4 other customers even entered the store and they got their order before me. When I asked the associate why the wait was so long for a simple drink, she got mad and slammed my drink on the counter. I would have left but had already paid. I waited 30 minutes for a sweet tea. I will never stop there again. Ever.

Service could be better to be honest but all together pretty good place for fast food.

Ordered ahead on curbside and waited 30 minutes before I just left. I went inside to see if they were short staffed a did not have any one to run the curbside orders but every employee ignored me when I tried asking.

Horrible service just basically forgot about my order and didn't care to apologize for having me wait on curbside for over 30 minutes
