The managers there are very good to me even though I'm homeless. They treat me like a person. Except the store manager Gina. I tried to thank her for all they've done for me, and she wouldn't even look me in the eye to acknowledge my presence. She has a " get out" attitude of rudeness every time I order. Even when I'm paying for something. I seriously di appreciate all your managers assisting me in this very hard time. I never ask for anything and I always clean up and thank the managers on duty. I've been picking up the trash on your lot at night in appreciation, but some rude red haired guy with too many holes in his head said I could not be in the corral. I was Peg's maintenance Man for over 3 years, i can handle a bag of trash. So now I have to pick up the trash on your lot in appreciation, and then carry it all the way to Waffle House to throw it away. I am a person, but Gina won't even look at me when I order and is not friendly in the least. And after being Peg's maintenance man, which was on a truck lot, I can handle more than you know in that corral.
Sat in Drive thru for over 25 mins while at Drive thru windoq, one of employees acted like he was on drugs cursing and swearing out loud. Young man that helped us tried his best but staffing was clearly an issue. Complete break down but felt sorry for young man that was clearly in over his head without any help. Sad day for McDonald's sad sad day
It was fine for a McDonald's. I ordered in advance for my free fries. Please use their app if this is a place you frequent. You will get a free large fry every month. I walked in to order my 20 count nuggets that was hot, brown and delicious. The fries were good, too. The bathroom was clean enough. The restaurant was pretty clean. Other than taking some time to see my need of service, I would go to this location again.
I was heading home from a concert and I decided to go to this McDonald's. We ended up waiting 50 minutes there because our order was next, and the employee was distracted talking to his friends. Even Joe Biden is more competent than these night shift employees. If a manager sees this, I would like to let them know to get more night shift workers to meet with the people that are heading home from events, such as concerts and personal activities.

They greet you but no smile or personality. As usual, drive-thru takes ptiority as they have 4 to 5 people working it while there were at least 8 of us standing inside. Not good customer service.
This day was awful for mobile orders. The order shows up on the screen then disappears. Patrons were waiting over 20 minutes and had to walk in only to discover their order wasn't showing up.
The place was dirty inside. My Mango/Pineapple Smoothie had no taste.
