I stopped by tonight (6-12-23) around 9:30pm, I was on my way home in Cullman from Fultondale, with my 3 kids..... Everyone I dealt with there was very polite, they also got my order correct and everything was hot/fresh. I also ordered a caramel frappe (I'm addicted to those and have been buying them almost daily).... It was one of the best ones that have been made, the lady that made it did a great job!
When their system isn't down the food is good here, service is questionable at most times and honestly after reading the reviews of the inside of the store I'm glad I have only used the drive thru. I typically try to stop here 1-2 times a week on my commute because I love a sausage McMuffin! More times than not recently once I have ordered their system goes down. I get it things happen and usually at an inopportune time but it has become way too frequent to just be a system issue. Management needs to check internet connection or system connectivity to prevent continued drive off's, but sadly I believe it is a human issue rather than a system one-but I could be wrong.
Wasn't very customer friendly but everyone has a bad day now & then order was right and that was a big plus just a little throwed together but it's fast food
We go here every day and get the same thing. We got home today and had the wrong order. We went back and they never said they were sorry or nothing. This is like the 3rd time this has happened. The employees that take our order is awesome the girls at the 2 nd window are always playing around and don’t care if they give the right order. If it wasn’t for the 2nd window this would be a good place. Cost us 10.00 in gas to go back.
Going down the drain. The quality is getting worse and half the time they make you wait just to get your order WRONG now. Also mysteriously the only place the McDonald's app doesn't seem to work at. 🤔🤔 In all honesty this store likely needs better support from corporate, as they seem to be understaffed.
