McDonald's

Pretty standard Mickey D's. Customer service is not usually an issue but could be better, and the drive through runs at an okay pace. Always check your order, order accuracy if something they seem to struggle with. Also they will never ask you if you want ketchup, salt and pepper, napkins, or things like that, so it's on you to remember every time.

Had to wait nearly 5 mins just for a refill on my drink. Multiple employees looked at me but didn't acknowledge I was there or asked if I'd been helped. Not the worst service, but definitely room for improvement.

Terrible service, did not bring out food for ever. Their excuse was that they just didn’t bring it out when it was sitting back there waiting to be brought out. By the time I got my order the food was not hot and not fresh. It’s weird that they don’t have a soda fountain so that was interesting. I got a few water cups which was free, but one of them didn’t have ice and tasted like a very watered down sprite. I was also not given any straws and 2 napkins. Overall this was not a good experience.

The workers are always nice, but I go there for food and it is terrible. Their buns are burnt and no matter the time of day I have gone I have never gotten freshly cooked food. The McChickens and nuggets are old and dried out whether they were made and left in a warmer for too long or double fried, I don't know. And their burger patties are the same. The McDonald's on 17th is the only McDonald's in Idaho Falls that has been consistently gross.

This is a shoutout for Derek. His kind and upbeat demeanor was so good to see. More often that not people seem dejected, or like they're trying to stay positive at any McDonald's location. I've heard some of the outrageously rude things customers say, i get it. You're killing it Derek. 10/8 @7:50am.
