McDonald's

Made it halfway into the restaurant when I was signal with the cutthroat sign that they were closed so then I get in the drive-through and after 15 minutes of waiting because I had put my order online I find out that the restaurant is closed completely but they did have my order minus the drink so I couldn’t get a refund for the money for the drink so I was offered a water bottle. I don’t know if needmy soda for my big Mac and fries they should have signs up or even the McDonald’s sign off if they’re closed.

Lobby tables completely dirty majority of them. I asked about my food since I didn’t see my order on the screens anywhere, and with an attitude a female employee stated, we will make it in a minute. And finally the one thing everyone usually gets is their fries. Mine tasted weird as in possibly crossed contamination from using the same fryers they use for chicken. And definitely a couple uncooked.

Tried to order on the self kiosk and when I got to the beverage area, it told me that the product was unavailable and then tried to exit and it wouldn't allow me to exit the program. Ended up having to order from the counter. Two other people after me had issues trying to order from the kiosk as well. I think they need to fix the issues. Also, no napkins available at the condiment stand and it was dirty as well. Dining room seems to get neglected often. I told a manager about the napkins and no one refilled them during the 25 minutes I was there. Fries are never full when receiving a large order. Don't understand why they can't fill them when you pay for a large.

Had to stop by to the restroom on 9-2-23 at around 6 pm and asked the old white female cashier for pin and responded by saying it was for customers only, I understood and proceeded to make a purchase. At the same time a white UPS male asked for the pin and had no questions asked. Not sure what her motives were but felt really unjust and racially motivated. Will not be returning.

They messed up a simple order, ordered a couple of plain McDoubles. They gave me just bread and meat. It was the most disgusting thing to have to scarf down because I didn’t have the time to go back and complain and reorder. Plain means no condiments, onions, and pickles. What it doesn’t mean is remove the cheese as well. I didn’t order a double hamburger, I ordered a McDouble and didn’t get what I ordered. Get it together. Specially when prices are going up and your food is bad. I also didn’t receive a receipt so I don’t even have an order number to call and report later. Don’t go here. I was wondering why the car in front of me repeated their order four times. Now I know.
