McDonald's

This is the third time we’ve been served undercooked meat at this location. Don’t bother complaining. They don’t care. I’m looking up how to report them to the health department. We’re not giving them a chance to do it again. Avoid at all costs.

During the daytime the service is acceptable. You may run into a 5 min wait if backed up. During nighttime, it can be very difficult to get your food/drinks if they request you to pull into one of the lanes. Food is well prepped, but could be optimized to serve customers faster. A good place to go if you want to inside, but can't reccomend the drive through.

Stopped in to grab a quick sack for my son. He wanted the Big Mac meal, Large, with a sweet tea. He got just that. Said it was just "ok". When I pulled up to the Drive Thru speaker, the employee couldn't speak clearly. I had to ask her 3x if she wanted me to order. She finally said yes, working was stressing her out clearly. Drive thru moved nicely for as how busy it was. It's McDonalds, Don't expect much here.

I order a chicken deluxe sandwich and apple pie. When I got home and saw the food, I was very disappointed to say the least. The chicken was a very dark brown almost burnt and it was hard as a rock.Furthermore, there was a shred of lettuce on the sandwich and 1 small slice of tomato, nothing else. Now keepin mind, this is suppose to be a deluxe! There was an apple pie box in the bag but it had a cherry pie inside the box. The box was open and it looked like someone had thrown a cherry pie in there. Why would somone put a cherry pie in an apple pie box? That's just unprofessional and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here folks!

Most of the tables weren't cleaned and they didn't know how to reprint receipts. Three of their teenage employees were eating, cursing, and using the "n" word towards each other while wearing their McDonald's uniform. Their conversation was about hitting and assaulting someone without suffering consequences. Management at this location needs to do better, employees like these only damage your brand.
