McDonald's

The McDonald's in downtown Little Rock is the best for miles around. The staff is exceptionally well trained and responsive to each guest. The early morning management team (Who I refer to as ,"The boss ladies"! Ha!) are amazing in how well they deal with the pressure of serving all the customers fast and quite well. Check it out. You will be glad you did.

Just placed an order approximately at this McDonald's on Broadway for my grandchildren, two six pieces chicken nuggets children Happy Meals. I usually check my orders. Just arrived home and neither box had Nuggets and the fries were cold. Just tried to call them to remedy this but was unsuccessful due to the phone line was busy consistently.

Paid for my food and they handed it to someone else. Left with NOTHING after PAYING because they told me I'd have to come back in the morning to speak to a manager to get my refund or food. Tried to look up a completely different receipt and accused us of lying. Don't go here they're incompetent and the manager can't even look up receipts. Poor excuse for a restaurant. UPDATE: it's the next day and they still won't give me a refund. They steal your money stay away from here. GM and manager are very incompetent.

One star for food because we all know what Mickey ds taste like and I was not able to eat here. The service was non existent. The atmosphere was tense because of the police officer ordering us off the property. The only thing that was open at 1am was the drive through. Little Rock is not tourist friendly and this McDonald’s is no exception.

I came in to get breakfast today. I don’t eat McDonald’s very often, but stopped today. I came into this location and began to order on the kiosk. At the end, it asked me to grab a number tent. I asked an employee close to me what the next step was. He grabbed me a number from the register and told me to input this and when my order was called, they would bring it. I finished the transaction and walked to the counter to pay. The cashier was super rude asking what I needed. I told her I needed to pay for the order with 19 on it. She acted as if she had no idea what was happening. I explained it and she got super rude. If the “number tent” would have been at the kiosk, maybe there wouldn’t have been an issue. Even after I sat down, she was still talking about it out loud to her coworkers. It’s very unfortunate that people act this way, especially when they are demanding higher pay. Disgraceful!
