McDonald's

By FAR the SLOWEST McDonald’s in the valley. They can also never get our door dash order right. Always missing something or it’s just completely the wrong order. I will be going to the one on ustick further up the road, which takes an extra 5 minutes, but come to think of it, I’ll actually be saving time because I won’t have to sit in a drive through for 45 minutes just to get the wrong order LOL WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION IN THE VALLEY Edit: I wrote the original review sitting in the curbside pickup waiting (very long) to get my food. I get home and lo and behold. WRONG ORDER. I ordered a NON spicy chicken sandwich, and they put spicy sauce all over it. I’ll post pictures of the sandwich and the receipt to show proof. I can’t stand this McDonald’s

Ordered on Uber; 20pc nuggets, McChicken, cheeseburger and a Happy Meal. Only received 10pc nuggets, McChicken, cheeseburger and the water from the Happy Meal. Called the store and asked if I could come pick up the missing food. The person I spoke with said it’s not their responsibility after the food leaves the store and basically blamed the driver for what was missing. The one bag received was taped with three pieces of tape, was not tampered with, and had the receipt attached for the entire order. This clearly wasn’t the driver but rather an employee of theirs who did half their job. It’s not the fact that food was missing, this happens from time to time, but the unwillingness to assist or care on McDonald’s part was incredibly irritating and unprofessional. I like McDonald’s, but after this will be ordering from a different location. I’d advise you do the same if you actually want to get the food you order, and more importantly, some help afterwards if you don’t.

Always great service and happy staff. Food is always hot and tastes great. One of the window attendants that takes your order always compliments me in a way that makes me feel appreciated, saying things like " we couldn't do it without you" and " we appreciate your business and always enjoy seeing your smiling face". Makes my morning.

The past 3 times I've come through here and ordered a Vanilla Cappuccino, I can't taste any Vanilla. Every other McDonald's I've been to puts vanilla in it every time

The staff were not friendly in my opinion. No good morning, no offer to up size my meal, no thank you for coming. There were flys everywhere around the seating area. Over all this was not a good visit. My food was prepared correctly , however the fries were almost warm.
