McDonald's

I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, and this is what I got. It's completely burned, so much so I had to throw it out. How did this even go out to be sold to a customer? I get that McDonald's is cheap, but it at least needs to be edible. It was not the first time I've had an issue. Usually, the biscuit are stale, or the patties feel like they have been refried 5 times or dehydrated to the point they're jerky, but this was just ridiculous, you can blatantly see it's burnt!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. We ordered our food and go to get ice. NO ICE in the machine . As we are waiting 3 drive thru orders come back in WRONG!. We finally get our food. Nasty fries, which is typical McDonald's it seems . This particular McDonald's has to be the NASTIEST I've ever been too. Dirty tables, trash can overflowing in bathroom, trash swept into corner in dining area. Flies in the windows & a couple gnats flying around. Glad we're passing through as I would NEVER come back to this location.

Visiting from Texas and they got ALL my order wrong! Asked for my food to get done correctly and the lady said yall should know better yall eat here all the time, I said no ma'am I'm visiting from out of state. She said you look familiar. Worst customer service ever! I wouldn't give them a star at all!

This is a very poor establishment. I went there this afternoon to feed 5 people there were 3 adults and 2 kids with that being said the lady at the window told me my order was to big and that I would have to call In before coming. Oh and there not really a 24 hr establishment I tried going there at 1:30 am coming home from the mountains and they were closed. They need help corporate don’t let us down or them they are just lost.

I just shake my head every rime I go in here...only McDonald's within a reasonable drive. Every once in a while you will get a friendly or helpful employee...but that is the exception. I always place a mobile order (drinks only) and it is rarely ready when I arrive, even with reporting I have arrived before I get there.
