McDonald's

Hopefully, this store's design is not the future of McDonald's. If it is, "dining in" is over at McDonald's. The soda machine is now behind the counter. Ketchup only available via tiny packages. Customers can not even get so much as a straw or napkin without asking an employee for help. Which would be fine if the employees paid any attention to the customers standing at the counter. I used the app to order "table service." A few minutes later, an employee was yelling my name from behind the counter despite the fact that the recept clearly stated my table number. McDonald's is paying $15+ per hour for mindless drones who know nothing about customer service. They just go through the motions at whatever pace they feel is appropriate. Customers can't even help themselves if they wanted to...

This location is horrible if you want service in the dining room. They literally ignore their customers. You have to yell at the staff to get their attention. If they don't want to help customers in the lobby they should be drive thru only. The register is never staffed.

Very clean. Nice staff. Never had a problem with my food. Internet works. Pretty much everything I want a McDonald's to be. 10 out of 10.

The Best McDonalds i have EVER visited! She wiped off my table upon being seated as requested! Hot fries everytime upon request & they always use fresh product! The only McDonalds where their finished product look perfect...exactly like the ads & commercials! My God! O did i say their work area where the foods being prepared is the cleanest ive ever seen a fast food restaurant?! This place & its people are AWEmazing!!!!

Cold fries, dirty tables, and overflowing trash cans. Also, way too much ketchup on my burger
