McDonald's

Just got off a hospital night shift and went here to get food. Was ignored by staff for about 5 minutes and heard nothing but Spanish talk in the and could see Spanish speaking employees. Had to get an employees attention, when they did come over I was rudly told "you can use the kiosks to place order" I said I had a code and was told "kiosk will take code". They don't so I walked out, will not use this McDonald's again unless English speaking staff is working.

Went through the drive thru on 2/27/2022 at 6:50pm. Paid for my food. As soon as I drove to the second window the lady in a yellow shirt was upset that my Diet Coke I ordered was a coke. She then proceeded to give me my order. Normally I would check it but my daughter is sick. Order was a Happy Meal, #2b Large with a Diet Coke and all I got was a half order of a large fry and the happy meal. The fries are old and dry. I am tired of subpar quality from franchises but workers demanding more money.

At 6pm this evening I stopped by this McDonalds to use my survey BOGO sandwich receipt. In case you have never done this, it's survey you fill out on the website and it gives you a code you write on the receipt to give you a buy one get one free sandwich. They were extremely rude to me and told me they do not accept it. They shut the window on me after I showed them what the receipt described about the survey. They didn't want to listen at all. One of them actually was folding my receipt to keep it and I asked for it back. I told them I would go to the other McDonald's about a mile away. They gladly took it. I would like to know the owner's name and let her know that this happened.

Food came poorly packeged and Greasy - cheese was melted beyond tasting. Even though ordered fries without salt, came to us hot and saltier than ever. I did a mobile pick up but the cashier said they didn't have my order and to come inside. In fact they did have my order and ignored my request for extra napkins and some salt. Just not a good experience for an order that should have been quick and easy and accurate

On a Thursday afternoon, I went through the drive thru and waited just to get food that was almost not edible. I've had a few not so great meals before but this was the worst McDonald's meal that I have had in my 53 years of life which is why I am being very honest and intentional to give this location a bad review. You've been warned.
