Waited almost 15 mins for 2 sweet teas. Meanwhile, another car behind me. 2 workers smoking outside. Same guy was just outside smoking with another worker. I went inside to finally be told that it will be a few minutes because it’s being brewed. Low and behold the spout of sweet tea inside available at the soda station was full of sweet tea. I don’t know what the back up process is, but maybe next time someone can walk around the counter and use other resources before cause a delay in business?? Workers were rolling their eyes because I complained and still nobody was moving or had any sense of urgency.
Restaurant looked great however service was terrible! I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a coffee ☕️. AFTER waiting 20 mins for the sandwich and no coffee, I requested help. All 5 of the employees looked like they didn't deal with customers. Eventually someone came to assist me, said she'd get my coffee, went to pour and the machine was empty. Good 😔 grief!!!! I then asked for a cup to get a regular drink. That was provided, but not before the man who was waiting before I arrived patted me on the shoulder and said, "good luck". Next time I'll go to Burger King next door
Waited for my food. Told the girl I've been waiting for my food. And rudely she replied everyone is waiting for their food. I Ordered before everyone that was getting food. Place has went down service is horrible need to learn how to communicate with people. Will not be going back
25 mins to wait for a hamburger and fries and then the shift manager Jaclynn decided to serve a friend before me and then informs me they’re out of fries and I’ll have to wait 10 more mins before I get served. I asked why did you serve two people that ordered at least 5 mins after me. She was very rude and matter of fact, I stated I would be doing the survey and making sure that corp knows. She actually giggled at me! The lack of respect is horrible!! Of course she didn’t give the full refund (my fault, I should have checked) Shame on you!
I truly do not understand how hard it is to read an order. I used the new kiosk ordering system for starters. There were not a ton of customers and there were several people working. Everything I ordered was labeled exactly as I ordered it but everything I asked to be withheld was there and the food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous.
