McDonald's

What makes this McDonald's standout form all others is the first rate service. Today, I was at the drive-thru and Trevor was taking my order. Unfortunately the computers was having a hard time processing the order. Trevor displayed an infectious calm deemenor explaining the situation. We even laughed about it at the window. Kindly, Trevor made some accomodations and we left happier than we arrived. Customer service like the way Trevor displayed is a diamond all employers hope their employees can attain. Kudos Trevor.

It's silly to review a McDonald's, we all realize that. This McDonald's is pleasant overall, but I have to say that in the last two years we've ordered at this location, they mess up small parts of our order more often than not. It's frustrating, partially because it feels like they're sooo close to doing everything by the book and are all really friendly. They seem to have a hard time keeping staff around, and I'm sure it's not an easy place to work, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I gave the cashier a coupon for buy a sandwich and get one free. Then asked for an extra egg on the sandwich I payed for. I didn't get a free sandwich and no extra egg. I payed almost 9 dollars for 2 sandwiches and one wasn't even the way we wanted it. They tasted good but the customer service wasn't very good

fully remodeled and ready for business. plan your way to get into the parking Lot because it is on a really busy corner. it is really clean inside and definitely needs a little cleaning on the outside, but it is brand new.

Went in about 8 am. Flies in women's bathroom. Guess better than the dining room but first time I've ever seen 4-5 flies in a bathroom at any fast food restaurant. Did not care for the constant beeping of alarms. Final reason for one star for atmosphere was the manager (?) yelling at one of the employees to get ketchup packets into the dining room. There were packets already there. The employee brought her the half full bin and the manager said didn't care and that she needed to just follow directions. Really don't need that with my breakfast sandwich. Food was served fast and order was correct.
