I came here for breakfast this morning, Barely awake and hungry. I pull up to the menu and the kid says how can I help you? I start trying to order as soon as I say hotcakes he immediately says without hesitation anything else OK pull forward. I literally didn’t even have a chance to say what I wanted next, and had to yell at the window to get them to complete the rest of the what I wanted to order. After every single item, I said he immediately responded anything else anything else Without any hesitation. I understand that you have a lot of people to serve, but that was the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me. He changed my order like three times. My order was very simple to never have I had anyone in the past be this rude to me. McDonald’s if you’re reading this do you need to go talk to the management of this store. Please and thank you.
The gal at the front window didn't take my order correctly and when I tried to ask her about it she told me that there's no need for an apology, that everything's fine and when I clearly asked for just an ice cream cone I was handed it in a cup, If you can't listen to customers and you can't perform a simple task like making an ice cream cone, why even bother coming to your job and then pretending like it's everybody else's problem that you can't perform? If this is how management is going for this McDonald's I would hate to see what happens in about 2 months when it comes to Christmas time
The line took forever. It took over ten minutes waiting. It took over 5 minutes waiting just to order. I don't know what the hold up was? Fast food? Not this time. Then we finally got our order and yes we have a strange order, a cheeseburger with everything but meat. My daughter is a vegetarian. They put the opposite. So we had to wait for them to make the right order. At least the shake machine worked although my shake tasted like a freezer. It was awful. Didn't drink it. My fries were old, food and stale. I don't know how that happened? I guess I got the bottom ones.
Very crowded during lunchtime with the drive thru wrapping around the building. There was barely any parking left. A nice interior and clean. The employees were nice enough. We were a little worried when the customers in front of us ordered 20 cheeseburgers. Despite that though we got our order very quickly. They called our number and we picked it up. The problem is that the order was almost completely wrong and we didn't realize it until after we had driven away. Yes, I should have checked the bag and trusting it was right was partially on me. Unfortunately with kiddos it caused major issues for lunch. I'd be willing to give them another chance, but maybe when they're not as busy so they have a better chance at service us the correct order contents.
Great McDonald's and fresh food only complaint is avoid the drive thru at all costs in evening and late night, always 30 to 40 minute wait with both lines always rapping all the way around the building, been at this window 20 minutes before someone finally came to it to ask "what was my order" then the employees let non employees in to eat and play around while ignoring that they have customers at the window,late night needs new staffed immediately this is ridiculous, no employees in sight that long should be alarming to management.
