I took my big Mac back there was way to much sauce on it every time I take a bit sauce would be dripping out I mean a lot and the hamburger paddie was so Tiny and the top paddie would come sliding out. I took it back and they made another one and COME ON PEOPLE IT WAS THE SAME THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE MADE IT HER SELF TO SHOW THE EMPLOYEE HOW TO DO IT BUTT NO THEY MADE IT THE SAME WAY I COULDN'T EAT IT SO THE BEST PLACE FOR THEM BIG MAC WAS IN THE TRASH. This was at lunch time and the place was packed because it was lunch hour rush it was full of high school kid's we sat down to eat ALL THE TABLES WAS DIRTY NOT ONE PERSON CAME OUT TO WASH OFF TABKES ALL TABLES WAS DURTY HIGH SCHOOL KID'S DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEM SELFS THE PLACE WAS NASTY MY WIFE AND I HAD TO EAT IN OUR CAR DIRTY PLACE TABLES WAS NASTY IT WAS A WAST OF $26.00 FOR LUNCH AND WE LOST OUR APPETITE

I gotta' have a double qtr pounder w/cheese now and then...and now they even include the cooked cheese wrapper!...I think next time though I'll order one without the cheese wrapper (it's kinda' tough and chewy with no taste)😐

Ordered food on the mobile app and was charged for double the amount of items. When we showed up to the restaurant, they claimed there wasn’t an order at all, and then the worker inside named Alexis lied to us, saying if we “don’t put in the order number for pickup, the order will be cancelled and we will be refunded in 3 days.” This is uncalled for and absolutely unacceptable. We demand justice. The owners will find out about this one.

ordered a triple cheeseburger but they gave me a double. if i'd wanted that i would have ordered it and saved $2! only found out when i got home. i guess you have to check everything in the bag before leaving this place.

The bathroom was physically mostly clean but the smell in there is God awful! Very overwhelming and turned my stomach. Wanted to wash my hands prior to ordering. That was a mistake. Customer service here was just ok. Tell your employees to be thankful they even have a job and to smile and greet the customers. Back when I was working fast food, WE HAD TO SMILE AND THANK OUR CUSTOMERS.
