Filthy, no receipts, no numbers at the kiosk where you place your order yourself and nobody at the counter to tell any of that too. I could have walked out with the contents of the cleaning closet they leave open but it seems like the group of individuals that just left with one of the employees took all the good stuff.

We ordered at the kiosk, but wanted to pay cash. We waited at the main cash register for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were standing and waiting. It took almost 10 minutes for us to receive our food. It appeared that if you were a drive-thru customer, you received your food much quicker. The employees were very busy, but not friendly at all.

The front counter was all but ignored for a solid 20 minutes while myself and these folks waited to complete our orders. One gentleman could not see the kiosk and needed to order with an individual. Others needed to pay in person bc the kiosk on one side was not accepting payments. The AC in this store was either struggling or completely broken as it was around 80+ degrees inside as well. Not coming back until there is at least some modicum of effort made to remedy the multitude of issues with staffing, service and atmosphere. ✌

Walked in...no greeting...figured I must have to use the kiosk and order myself because NO ONE would come to the registers. Even to just tell me to use the kiosk! All I wanted was some fries as I was craving that salty goodness. It was honestly too much of a hassle to just get those so after a few minutes trying to work out the damn thing, I just left. No one seemed to notice or care.

The staff, if there is any, are rude and unfriendly. I ordered online due to past issues with unpleasantness. All I needed to do was swing by and pickup. Rude. Rude. Rude. On top of this I was told the ice creams I ordered aren’t available because they’re out of ice cream. No surprise. They substituted my 7$ of ice cream with a single cookie. This is by far the worst McDonalds establishment. Get it together! You’re in a prime location to be a great business. The lack there of must go all the way back to bad mgmt/owners.
