McDonald's

Drive through open 24 hours but staff lock doors and hide when people come to drive through and on phones in back. Refused to acknowledge anyone in dive through.

Honestly, this place needs an overhaul. We usually stop here on our way in town and it isn't bad. Not this time. First, we ordered from a kiosk. It was about 9am and it was already full of fingerprints. We went to sit down and had topics the least dirty table and clean it. They were all dirty. Our order came and it was missing several items. Getting the attention of the staff in the back was extremely difficult. This also made refills hard to obtain. I took a long while for a member of our group to get their food. When it arrived the rest of us were already finished. After taking a bite of my burger I had to pause because I thought something foreign was in it like a wrapper piece but it was the weird bacon. The burger tasted off as well. The fries were good but that burger was off putting. You would think that with all of the other options in this spot, that McDonald's would try to be good. The bathroom was disgusting and the soap dispenser was broken making me wonder how the employees wash their hands properly. I don't recommend it. Go to one of the other places within walking distance of this one.

There is no self service soda machine here. If you want a refill, prepare to wait. We have limited time on our lunch break, McDonald's. Nobody has time to wait for a refill. Terrible

Pulled up and was worried because there was a bit of a line but they quickly moved through the cars and my sausage mcmuffin & hashbrown came out perfect. (and in the app they often have $1 breakfast sandwichs!)

Typically they work quick here. But if they get the order wrong you can forget about them fixing it. This has happened multiple times at this location over the few years it's been open. I have circled back through line and had my order corrected before, but this time I was rung up and charged for the wrong items, more expensive items. I showed them before my food was made They just gave me the correct order but didn't care to try to fix the difference they charged me. So I paid $17 for what should've costed $12, but the biggest thing is that the lady at the counter kind of shrugged her shoulders about it. It's just stupid how the worst workers in restaurants can be found in McDonald's
