McDonald's

I placed an order at the Kiosk @ 3:10 of 3 large drinks, to turn around and wait till 3:38 for my order of 3 large drinks. All this time the 3 high school kids putting together orders were laughing and joking. I recommend no going to this one if you are in any kind of hurry. Finally the man behind the counter went and got all of my order situated after the 28 minutes of waiting on 3 large drinks.

the worst mcdonald’s ever! they did my order for 25 minutes although i was the only client in the hall and the order was not complicated at all, ended up with switching from deluxe QPC to regular QPC because they had some issues with making it deluxe. burger was made so badly that most of ingredients fell out and looked like trash! it was mobile order so waste of money 🥲

The restrooms were filthy. Only cold water in the faucets and that doesn't rinse the soap off very well. Dinning room area Was in need of cleaning with almost every table loaded with crumbs and such. The self serve soda area was gross! We only ordered a drink And apple pie. The guy that took our order made the drink and left it on the counter behind him in the kitchen area and left. The pies were stocked, and the drink was made so not sure why he didn't just hand it to us. Finally a girl came over and asked to take our order. We told her we were just waiting for our drink and pie. She asked the guy who took our order, he pointed to them and she gathered them. On the way out the door the a manager was sitting there and ingnoring the disarray in the store. Glad we were just passing through and won't be coming back.

Got home and ate and we both got sick We tried again. We got sick Again. It's the slowest McDonald's for service. Slowest I've been to. Must check Order before you pull away. Also watch the cars in front of you at the window. We have personally seen them hand an order to the car. They look in bag its wrong. They swap for there order. We pull up and they give us our order which was just inside the vehicle in front of us. Just get your money back. They didn't think anything was wrong with giving it to us. Even though they opened the bags looking and touching the food. Since the food was not taken out of the bag. We watched them digging in the bag checking the food. We have seen this happen twice now. Throw that in the trash.

I go through the drive through and most mornings I get miss Tammy. She is the sweetest person ever. Whoever took my order this morning was completely unprofessional. At the times she should have been communicating with me she stayed dead silent. She should not be working a drive through if she doesn't know how to literally speak to people.
