McDonald's

There’s only 1 employee (teenage boy, didn’t catch his name) that remotely cares about anyone. I waited 30 minutes in spot #2 just to be forgotten about. He came out and asked if I received my food. I said no, handed him my receipt and he came back shortly with all of my food which was surprisingly fresh. Kudos to this young man for being the only one that cares about his job. The food? You may get your order, you may not. May be right, may be wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain, and they BARELY put any spicy sauce on it at all. (Will attach pics) The young man delivered 5 star service but everyone else at this establishment couldn’t care less about their customers. Edit: the 20 piece nuggets that I ordered contained 17 nuggets.

Waited in line for 20 minutes after we ordered. Sent us to to mobile pickup while they “waited on fries”. Waited another 20 minutes before going inside to check on the order, only to find 3 other customers who were waiting and had been there longer than me who were all “waiting on fries”. Not one employee came to the counter the whole time me or anyone else was standing there but instead were all just loudly ranting and raving about the customers in front of all of us. I chose to leave without taking to anyone even though I hadn’t received the food I paid for and go down the street to another restaurant. I’m not a picky person and I don’t expect a fancy sit down experience at McDonald’s, but I would like to get what I order and pay for without waiting a hour at a fast food restaurant. If you don’t want to work then quit your job and go home, instead of standing behind a counter with all your coworkers yelling because someone simply asked you to do what you are being paid by McDonald’s to do.

Never a problem. I always use the drive thru on my way to work in the mornings or after work because it's so hot to get out and go inside. From time to time, there may be some delay but it's usually explained and understandable. But never really long of a wait. The staff has always been very nice. Orders always correct. Thank you for a great job and hard work.

Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2 for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits. We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two to each other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right. My husband said hello? The young lady said yes. He said are we finished? She replied I’m waiting on you. He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits Then She said and a chicken biscuit He said yes We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I’m not dealing with this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind and looked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn’t see name tags. She handed us back our card with the white young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn’t expect with the level of service they were providing. We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let me check to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank you CRYSTAL for the five star service. That was rude and I don’t believe the standard of this McDonald’s corporation. The sausage biscuits were soft and delicious however the chicken biscuit was hard, the chicken was cooked well. I used to love coming here to eat now I hate coming and honestly wouldn’t if my 3 year old didn’t have a melt down each time we passed McDonald’s. The service sucks. Everytime and I mean everytime I come threw the drive threw I am pulled up an parked an I wait for more than 20 minutes and it’s crazy when there is no one behind you and your pulled up. On top of that the frappe machine doesn’t work after 7pm for a different reason each time so y’all need to do better
