I joined LFBBC about 2 months ago. I am 64 yrs old and was very skeptical about trying them out. Wasn’t sure I could “keep up” or would look silly trying. That is not the case at all. The staff is so kind and helpful and always ready to help me if I need modifications. They are so encouraging to everyone. I’ve found my new home for my fitness journey. #family
I love this place! It is perfect for a short but challenging workout that fits into my schedule. I feel so much stronger, and the coaches have helped me get into some healthy habits, so I can loose the weight I have held onto for years! They will push you to be your best and I appreciate that for when I can't do it for myself.
We love this place! My wife and I just started working out here, so far we like it and impressed with the workout pattern. We really enjoy the workouts and already started seeing the results. Each station has sanitiser, maintains safe distance to each other to workout in a group as a COVID precaution. The coaches are very kind and awesome. They are really helpful and care for you. Overall, a great place and awesome people to have fun thrilled workouts!!
Started with the 21 day trial and honestly wasn’t too sure if I’d keep going but I can say that the workouts are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been really happy with the variety of workouts and the each coach has their own style but they are all trying to get just that little bit extra out of each one of us. This is really ideal for anyone who is looking for something that fits into a quick 30-35 minutes time frame, just know you’ll feel the burn for hours or even days later. The coaches also do a great job of building a community which is really important when your trying something new. They welcome you, get to know you and start to push you and before too long you’ll find yourself WANTING to get that next workout in! I find that the coaches believe in you before you do and they push you to do on more rep or add more weight in a “I know you can do this” kind of way. Anyway, the trial is such an easy way to check it out and it is very much worth it just to get an idea of how it works and if the workouts are for you. If nothing else, you’ll get a great workout in and you’ll be proud of yourself for doing that!
I started in May and I’ve seen some progress. I really enjoy the FBBC coaches. They are there to help you and guide you. I definitely recommend FBBC. I’m glad I chose FBBC.
