Purchased 3 sun chairs from Liverpool. After 1 month, all 3 chairs broke. Called several times and sent Liverpool messages on WhatsApp along with photos and they advised they will not allow me to return a defective product. In addition, they told me I have to contact the manufacturer in order to get a refund. However, after 3 weeks of trying to contact the manufacturer, they have not responded. In addition, tried to post a review of the product on their website to warn others not to buy this defective product and Liverpool blocked my review. I do not recommend buying anything from Liverpool since they do not guarantee the products they sell.
