Great gym that is definitely NOT your typical public commercial box gym. National champion powerlifters train here. Membership is limited. Training available. They have expanded to their floor space and also added more new equipment. There are also more limited memberships available. Lots of strong people work out here! Just had a very well run and attended Powerlifting competition there on Nov 18. It was great entertainment.

Conveniently located off the interstate this gym offers a clean and welcoming environment for those new to the gym scene to the most experienced.

This is a great place to work out. Clean and organized. Owner gets to know his members and always willing to get what is needed to make a persons progress.
