Landmark Plumbing & Heating

We spent $208 for 20 minutes of work for a “sink cleaning.” 3 weeks later, we’re having the same issue with our kitchen sink/drain. We asked if they would come back to look at it and they quoted us another freaking $200!! Their response was, “well just try vinegar and baking soda then.” Avoid this company!! They’re a joke…

The basement drains plugged up and Landmark was able to come the same day to fix them. We have had trouble before and it is always between the house and the street. The employee said the plug was right outside of the washer. I told him of our problems over the years and said the drain needs to be pushed all the way out to the street. He reassured me he would would snake through the drains to the street. He completed the project and reassured me he took the snake through the drain to the street. I asked him if we continue to have problems, is his work guarantee. He reassured me it was guaranteed. The next morning when I started the wash, the drains backed up. We called Landmark and was immediately informed there would be additional charges. Even though the job was a failure. I had paid them almost $200.00 the day before. Needless to say we did not have them come back to fix the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would! Called around 7:30 on a Monday night due to my pilot light on my furnace going out and not being able to light it again. They wanted to charge $150 to come out that night or we could wait till 9-9:30 Tuesday morning for only $85. So I decided to wait and just run my space heater to keep my home warm for the night. Well 9 am the next morning and they were no where to be found. Waited till 10:30 am (an hour after they were supposed to be here) and nothing. Called to cancel because I found someone else and they were very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Didn't even ask a name to find out who was canceling. Would never recommend them to anyone!

They came out to my house quickly when I had a broken pipe. My water was turned back on within a couple hours. They even referred me to an excellent cleanup service for the flood that happened. Would hire them again for any plumbing or heating needs.

They came out last minute and rushed over as soon as they could. Had plastic lodged in the toilet and was fixed in only an hour. Super friendly, and nice. Will call for them again in the future.
