A lot of lack of control in the pool area, they have kicked me out of the street that I had reserved for swimming and they have occupied it with people from the aqua gym class who have gone without a reservation and had no place in the small pool. It's the third time it's happened to me. The water in the Spa is freezing most days. The class was at Aqua Gym, on Sunday morning and if it was reserved they should not have let me reserve it for free swimming (logically I looked at the application to make the reservation)

Update, the Spa area is becoming more and more neglected. Very cold water for a Spa. On top of that, the water in the shower does not come out hot. The theme of swimming pools and Spa in winter is not recommended. It's fine, but the lack of maintenance is noticeable. There are things in the Spa that have not worked for months.
