KFC

Went inside to order to go, the three tender box, just the tenders with Buffalo ranch, and larger funnel cake sticks. There wasn’t a single customer inside or drive thru. They forgot my sauce and my funnel cake sticks look like they’ve been sitting there longer than five minutes with no sugar powder at all. No evidence that they even sprinkled any

Yesterday, I broke up with the whole chain. The last visit and this one, was a slap in the face and echoes a disrespect for customers. First of all, I know how to cook chicken and I have eyes. I also know what freshly cooked Crispy KFC looks like. BOTH times, the chicken breasts had been put back in the fryer to sell after sitting on the line. It wasn't golden brown, it was brown with chunks of coating and the Crispy skin slid off greasy. Like original. And I never order that. Cheap shot guys. WE KNOW WHEN YOU DO THIS. The first time it happened, I was so angry, I sent my concerns to Corp. No response. I'm not giving money to people that refuse to value the people paying. That's why they dont deserve my business. We have 3 other places. Zaxby's, Popeyes's and Harps, all have a good product. You're being cheap. That NEVER increases your bottom line. Staff has always been nice and I like the slaw. This is about management.

This is the worst KFC restaurant!! Their management leaves ALOT to be desired. They don't care about how long it takes them to get your order to you. They can not determine the difference between a thigh and chicken breast. We have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again and again. Nope! Still can't get a good experience at the Siloam Springs KFC. We're done trying. Maybe they'll get their stuff together in the future. I'm definitely not going to hold my breath. They need new management. Clearly the ones they have just aren't good at it.

It's Friday Sept 1 5:21 pm floors and tables are dirty and the lobby is like 90* I could feel ice cold air behind the counter but no air at all in the lobby. I don't appreciate eating in a hot dirty environment. Thanks.J

Food was slow to come but the lady working there made sure we were happy and even though we waited longer then we expected we left happy because of her personality
