Jack in the Box

Our first time trying Jack in the box, Thanksgiving day left us little options during a road trip. Fast food wins again. But was surprised how fresh and hot the food was. 2 thumbs up for sure

If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone here twice now both times my order got messed up even with one being a correction order! I ordered 4 breakfast platters with Bacon. To start the amount of eggs they put it there literally took my 5 year old 3 bites to finish, the hash browns were soggy and gross. Then to top it off they literally forgot a whole breakfast platter, I was so disappointed with the first experience on-top of the remake order being so disappointing as the first I didn’t even bother to go back for the fourth platter. Ontop of that everything was cold and I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how hard it was to count to 4 and I DO NOT RECOMMEND A BURGER FROM THIS JACK! I can not stress enough that the burger was dry and there was more condiments as if they tried to cover the fact that the burger was dry and this was the remake order from the first time they messed up and burnt what little eggs they gave us. Will never visit this Jack again for sure!

We online ordered tonight on 09/03/23 at 2am… it was a HUGE order but that’s not the point, I wanted to make this review to acknowledge the kindness and amazing crew working. They made sure we had everything and joked with us. I appreciate it a lot coming from the fast food and restaurant industry myself.

My meal was delicious but I ordered two tacos as well and they were old and greasy. But I love Jack in the box.

Got to the drive thru at 11:30 pm with only 3 cars infront of me, from the pick up window to me, for 6 tacos, mini tacos, and potato wedges. Pulled out of the drive thru at 12:12. 42 minutes for a drive thru. Absolutely unacceptable. 2 people working inside. If they can’t keep up with 3 orders they need better training, or you need get more help in there. Otherwise just close the store because why waste everyone’s time.
