I started in Itae in September of last year (2022), since I wanted to return to the habit of sports. I started with pilates but on your recommendation I started Functional, since I started running and those types of classes would help me not get injured.
I love functional although Pilates has helped me a lot to be aware of my body in each exercise.
I am delighted with the training and routines, Itae has helped me maintain good habits and motivates me to continue taking care of myself.

I joined the gym almost a year ago.
I go to Functional Training Tuesday and Thursday
Although I want to try Tai chi, I really like yoga and I miss a similar discipline
I also go to the Center's Nutritionist once a month and I have gone to the Physio on one occasion.
I have to say that my experience in this Center is ten, the treatment of the monitors and staff is very close and friendly and they make you feel great
I've been to many gyms and this is definitely mine.

I started Pilates machines on medical recommendation for several spinal injuries, more than a year ago.
I went with the idea that I wasn't going to like it...I had never done Pilates of any kind.
As of today...I am delighted with all the gym staff, but in particular with Yoly and Xavi, who are the Pilates machine instructors.
They take care of every injury of each of their students in detail, supervising every movement.
And after more than a year, my quality of life has greatly improved, since my continuous back pain has been progressively reduced.
Highly recommended both for professionalism and for the treatment of the student.
A year ago I started teaching Taekwondo classes with Juan Ángel (encouraged by my daughters who also practice it). At first I had quite a few doubts, I thought that my journey would be short and that I would not last more than two or three months (honestly I looked quite clumsy) but it has not been like that, it is an engaging activity. I complement the TKD classes with Functional and Floor Pilates classes and the improvement I have experienced has been enormous; greater muscular strength, balance, coordination, better body posture, greater ability to concentrate, more self-confidence... I greatly value the human quality of all the members of Itae, their professionalism, their way of understanding sport, the passion they They put into their work because in the end they infect you and you leave wanting more, to continue progressing, to overcome your challenges. I also value the camaraderie, the gym atmosphere, you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and people who, like me, have never been to a gym and think it doesn't suit them, should try it, they will be surprised.
