Christmas Tradition ended today. Store is advertised to be open, sign on door says store should be open, store is not open. For years we gave gotten holiday means from this store, now we have to make other plans. Moral of the story, make your own food for the holidays and don't rely on this company.
We ordered a Ham for a Family Gathering one month before the day we needed it. 2 Days before the date we scheduled the ham to arrive, we were informed it would not arrive till the day after our event. When I asked about the On Time Delivery Guarantee the person put me on hold for a very long time, can back on the line and said they would refund my money but It was not there fault this happened. Very very very disappointed in the whole company especially the Customer Service Department.
Quick access...was in store less than 5 minutes for a ham and cake. Was delicious as usual and i didnt have to cook a protein.for Christmas..well worth it
Even though the pricing is roughly $10 per pound of ham, each dollar spent was worth it! Their stuffing, mashed potatoes, and string bean casserole are to die for! It was a great thanksgiving for me! Do not expect to come in and dine, this is more of a catering facility, grab your food and git!
3 employees and no manager in this location and training is needed!! As the only customers when we walked in, the store appeared empty. Eventually, the three employees appeared from behind a partition. We were initially engaged by employee A. While we were being checked out, another employee (B) walks up with a phone and they have a conversation, i believe it was about break time - (hello, customer is right here), employee A takes the phone, and begins talking, rings up the ham before we can let her know we wanted the turkey too...While talking on the phone, she hands us the receipt and walks away still talking on the phone...so we tell employee B we would like to take advantage of the $3 off turkey deal. He states we can't because we already purchased a ham and that doesn't count unless we purchase another ham! So, thinking it must be something in the point of sale system, I ask him to simply refund the ham and start over. "I don't know how to do that!" he replies and steps back. Finally, employees A comes back from her phone call and says she can do that as employee B grabs his jacket and bolts out the door... Avoid this location.
