I have worked out with Vic for several years and absolutely love every minute of it!! She is such a caring and wonderful instructor! She is passionate about her job, but also about everyone she works with! Over the years, she has made me more aware of making healthy choices in food and portion sizes! After working out with her, I feel like a new woman! I have met some really great people here as well. I love having someone that works you out hard, but also gets the time in knowing you so she can make help you reach whatever goal it is, whether it is losing weight, making healthy food choice or both! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
I am 50, overweight and not an athlete. I have always thought Boot Camp was not something for me but I was wrong. Fit w/Vic is for everyone. Vicki shows different intensity levels in all of the exercises. I recently had neck surgery and Vicki alters the exercise so I can still get a great workout in spite of my limitations. There are morning and evening classes with the evening classes being for women only. I have participated in both groups and have felt comfortable at all times. Everyone is very encouraging and friendly. I feel very blessed to have Vicki as my trainer.
I love the evening boot camps. I was not new to exercising, but I was looking for something different to add to my workout routine and this definitely added what I was missing. Each class is different and challenging and can be modified to fit each individuals health concerns. I like the fact that you get a lot of "bang for your buck". The price is not based on a monthly basis but on a set number of sessions, which helps when you cannot attend every session every week. I definitely have gained strength and muscle tone. Vicki is also a great motivator!
If you are looking for a fitness program that has it all, join Fit w/Vic. She is very encouraging, informative and will help you meet your fitness goal. I like that she has morning, evening and Saturday morning classes, so there are no excuses. Also if you have a physical issue, for example I have neck issues, she will show you alternatives in order for you to get maximum results. Vicki has some awesome nutritional advice, love her protein to carb ratio! Come give it a try, what do you have to lose??!!
All bootcamp classes are awesome!! Vic is very passonate about what she does and it shows!
