I’ve been taking yoga here for about a year now, and I love how well rounded and intense their classes are. The professionals are well trained and practice what they teach. Lovely studio 💖
Too bad I couldn’t give zero stars. Attended the hot sequence 26 + 2 class with Alice. The studio and class itself were nice, but was totally shocked by the rude and aggressive behavior that was projected by Alice.
My friend and I had to leave the class five minutes early, shouldn’t be a problem if done quietly and respectfully. This was DURING the transition to savasana where no one is in a deep meditative state anyway, and there was nothing stating that you weren’t allowed to leave early. To give context we were in the back of the class quietly packing up and would have slipped out without disturbing anyone else.
Instead, Alice decided to make a scene and ask to never bother coming to another class and that we ruined the energy for the entire class by exiting just five minutes early. She was in no position to act in such a way. She escalated the situation for no reason. She is not professional or kind and I’ve never had such an unwelcoming experience in my whole life of attending yoga classes. Her energy is aggressive and is not an asset to the studio; if anything she takes away from the “zen” that you’re supposed to feel.
Yoga is about doing what’s best for you and your body and not being judgmental or harsh. God forbid you have to take a break or go to the restroom because she’d probably throw your mat out the door. Totally unprofessional, and far from “enlightened”. Very cold energy from her and she definitely ruined the vibe.
Lovely studio with nice, friendly people. Parking can be a challenge, but that is no big deal. I especially love the community classes, which enabled me to continue my practice when I wasn't able to commit to a subscription.

I was able to just breathe and be in the moment with complete focus. Good music and unique new yoga flow for me.
