Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This Dairy Queen must have been running low on candy to put into the blizzards tonight, or the person making the blizzards was having an AWFUL day and looking to pay it forward. I ordered a Reese’s and Oreo blizzard. The blizzard was nothing more than vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of candy sprinkled on top. This is the second time this has happened. ***no, that isn’t an empty cup. That is a blizzard that is 2/3 full and is so lacking of candy that it blends in with the white paper cup. Two million thumbs down.

Benton DQ has a family atmosphere, great tasting food served fast and accurate. Staff are always polite and customer focused with positive and friendly attitudes. Restrooms are cleaned regularly and feel fresh. The dining area doesn’t feel too cramped and there are always multiple games on the TVs.

Went to this location around 9:30pm tonight and was incredibly disappointed. I ordered the 6 piece sauced chicken strip meal, and only got 5 strips. Also we ordered the rotisserie chicken bite meal and was HIGHLY disappointed in the amount/quality. There also was no bread in that meal. For almost $35 we were still hungry after.

Be sure to check your order and watch them like a hawk. I just got home before I realized they never handed me the drinks that came with the meals I ordered. It's hard to go anywhere without getting ripped off!

We got a pair of the $7 meal deals. The fries were really good. Not only problem was that my cheeseburger had been squished. Nothing worse than mustard already spewing out both sides of a burger. That means am I gave it four stars it's the two young men that I came in contact with at the first and second Windows of the drive-thru we're absolutely spectacular and the mannerisms happened there interactions with me
