D1 Cabot

D1 is an excellent gym that has something for the whole family. I started here when I was 41 after going through some injuries. I’ve learned a lot from all the coaches. I’m a lot more athletic now and in much better shape after learning how to lift properly with less weight than I was using before. They also have classes specifically for kids athletics. Everyone in there is very supportive of each other. I strongly recommend D1 for anyone.

My daughter went to a birthday party here. The girls did a good job keeping the kids interested and busy.

Awesome weight lifting competition, my son achieved 4 state records.
