I had a couple of great drop in experiences at Pick It Up Fitness this past week. The workouts were well planned by two obviously experienced coaches. I was greeted by each coach and even the owner of Pick It Up Fitness. The other members were welcoming. The coaches checked to see if I understood the workout, had any injuries or any additionally needed scaling options. I will definitely return to Pick It Up for future workouts.
Absolutely love this place. I've been around the country in the military and have tried multiple gyms but this one is the best by far. The owners and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, personable and nice. They've helped with a poor shoulder of mine and are always looking out in case of injury. They will always have adjusted exercises in case you don't feel confident enough (handstand push-ups are scary...!) and even have workout activities throughout the year (Halloween, ROW-vember, etc).
It's all in good fun and the other members are awesome as well. 5 star place for sure.

Seriously, the best gym in Colorado Springs. I spent a year trying out different CrossFit and group fitness classes in Colorado Springs and nothing compares to PIU. The community and coaches are amazing! I live across town now but it’s worth the drive. Definitely recommend this gym!
The gym might be good but the billing company they use sucks!!! They are scammers. I'm sure the gym owners know about NAC, they should use a different billing server. They just steal your money away.
I been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months now.
