The coaches are friendly and approachable. As someone who has never seriously lifted weights, I was initially hesitant, but the encouragement of the coaches helped me tremendously. The class atmosphere is social, with other participants providing additional encouragement, assistance and suggestions for newbies. Overall, Crossfit Stapleton provides a great workout environment.

I came to this gym from another local CF gym. The atmosphere and coaching is different in a better way. I feel more confident in my lifts, less likely to get hurt, less like a number and more like a member. I would recommend this gym for people of all fitness levels.

Coming to this place has changed my life. The introduction I had to Crossfit was so inspiring here and my progress has surprised me! The coaching and programming is excellent and everyday you rediscover your own personal strengths and weaknesses. The coaches have been very responsive and approachable about anything and have taught me a lot about how to move.

Me and my wife were in Denver for work and dropped in to CFS multiple times while in the area. I drop into different gyms all over the country due to traveling for work. CFS is, without a doubt, our favorite gym for the Denver area! The coaches are very knowledgable and they have an awesome facility. Some of the nicest people we have come across while on the road, I hope we get to visit this area again so we can go hangout with all the coaches and members of CF Stapleton.

CFS has an amazing community of uplifting members and coaches! Coaches provide modifications, as needed, and offer encouragement to members during workouts. I love the well rounded workouts and seeing what I am able to accomplish!
