Club Pilates

I signed the contract on November 9, 2022, after being informed that the studio would be done in February 2023. I signed the contract because the representative that I spoke to kept assuring me that the studio would be open by February, even though he knew that it would not be ready by then. After February came, the studio was not ready yet. I then decided to take my business elsewhere after finding out that concrete was just being poured when April came. The representative knew that the studio won't be ready by the time that was represented (very deceptive), which voids this contract. A contract is an agreement between two parties. I only agreed due to being told that the studio would be ready by February, which was false! Permits were not even obtained until around April. I have not used any of the facilities since they opened and shouldn’t be charged, especially when the representative deceptively informed me that the studio would open in February. This can be backed up by an email I received on April 10th, with the email stating that they just finally got concrete poured and obtained city permits (he knew that it wouldn’t be ready by February). The representative should’ve never deceived me with false information! I called them to ask why I'm still getting charged, and he just verbatim said, "Well, you still have to pay," even after I told him I hadn't even stepped foot in the studio once due to my busy schedule and that I had been deceived into signing up with the wrong information. The month I was informed was February, and I did not get an update till April. I should’ve known they didn’t have the right timeline when I was initially informed that it would be ready by February, and the next scheduled payment after initial sign-up (11/9/2022) was 3/1/2023. It is not my fault that the representative I initially spoke to used deceptive tactics to recruit!

I have wanted to try Pilates for many years. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have a high quality, focused, safe, and great experience here in Lincoln. I encourage anyone interested or curious in what Pilates can do to check out this experience.

Wow! The slow and steady movement is an intense workout that is great for the mind and body! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for group workouts and something different. This is coming from a thicc and not in the best shape, yet, guy.

Instructors are great and you get an amazing workout!

A lovely experience. Was definitely not expecting to love pilates as much as I do now. Felt amazing after!!
