Club Pilates

I have been attending the 6AM class (sometimes the 5AM) almost every weekday since July 2021, and I love it. This extrovert gets her daily dose of interaction in a safe, fun, and clean environment while also getting the benefits of exercise and strength. I can now do things that I couldn’t - keep up with my kids, pitching practice for girls fastpitch, climbing up on the counter to reach the top shelf (short people struggles), and just feel better with the way I look! I am not a morning person, but I have found a community with others here. I don’t want to miss out on seeing them, encouraging them, and them encouraging me. I have taken back my life and feel empowered! Thank you to the instructors that get up early too! Recently, I was out for about three months from a rotator cuff surgery/repair and am slowly getting back into the grove. It is frustrating and amazing how quickly the body loses muscle strength and flexibility. I am not discouraged because even two weeks back at it, I am feeling the effects of exercise. I will get back to doing pull ups and not be winded when Debbie M. is teaching TRX! If you are thinking about trying Pilates... do! Don’t let fear or shame be your barrier! I promise you won’t regret it... even if you are sore for a few days! 😂😜😉

I love Club Pilates! The instructors are amazing and very helpful. I have a serious injury and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for my recovery process. I have the unlimited plan and I love all the options of classes and hours. I’ve been coming for a couple months and I definitely prefer this over any gym. You won’t regret joining!

Club Pilates Norman, Oklahoma is my home away from home! I have been attending regularly for almost 4 years. Becoming an unlimited member is the best investment in my overall health that I have ever made. Awesome , enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors. I always leave class feeling better than when I arrived! I have made so many new friends that are my second family now! I highly recommend giving the Studio in Norman a try!!

I absolutely love this place...every instructor has their own unique way of teaching, so I learn something in every class and never get bored. They challenge us, encourage us, help us modify where needed, and make it fun. I have been going 3-5 days per week since mid March, can tell a difference in my posture and muscle composition, and my previous problem areas (knees and shoulders) are noticeably stronger with very little modification needed now. I'm hooked...you guys are awesome!

I absolutely love Club Pilates in Norman, OK! I know it sounds funny, but I felt taller after just the intro class! My body feels so good from all the different movements and I was surprised to find my mind feels rested and my mood lifted by the time the class is over. I am new to Pilates, so I felt unsure going to my first class, but the staff and other attendees have been so welcoming and helpful as I learn the movements. I’m so grateful to learn it is never too late to start!
