Club Pilates

I love this place! I’ve been coming for a few months now and have really noticed a difference in strength and flexibility, not to mention my pants fit better! ALL of the instructors I’ve had are wonderful and bring something unique to the workouts. The owners are lovely and the staff are very kind. Shout out to RuthAnne, who did my intro class and makes us laugh to get us through the tougher exercises. Thanks!

I love the small class sizes and personalized instruction. If I ever have a problem, the instructors find a way to modify the technique, in a way, that I feel comfortable. I used to work out all the time; however, I lost my spark some time ago. Club Pilates has been helping me to reignite my spark once again. It has also been a great mother/daughter bonding activity. Although all of my instructors have been fabulous, I highly recommend you to take a class with Jodi Bartling.

The actual Pilates experience was awesome, loved the workouts and times available. The reason for 3 stars is I had a problem with the membership part. What I didnt like is that they want you to honor their policy but they do not honor you're request when it comes time to cancel. I told the lady that I was going to leave out of town for a month and would like to put my act on hold, she said great she would do so. Well when I returned they charged my card for that month and never put it on hold and when I tried to tell them what happened they said I never had requested it. I decided with that I wanted to cancel, when I requested a month in advance to cancel my membership they told me I couldnt till the month was over due to their 3 month honor policy which was fine I respect policies. I waited my time and canceled when it was honorable for them. Well when the time came it took me 3 days of calling to get a hold of someone who is qualified to cancel memberships. Told me over the phone it would be canceled and sent me an email confirming it as well. Well as I was going through my bank statements I noticed another month charge from Club Pilates. I called Club Pilates it took 2 days to get a hold of someone who had authorization to help me with this. I had my card cancelled right away to avoid anymore unwanted charges from them. After speaking to the manager I got my money returned and an apology. Club Pilates is great for the work out love the enviroment I just dont like it when companies mess with their customers to try and get some extra month.

Club Pilates is very welcoming to all ability levels. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff will customize your experience to make it the best possible workout. The facility is very clean and bright. You can’t help but leave with a smile on your face after your session.

Amazing place! I started out coming to help my sister get committed to working out since I already workout at home. But I have gotten so much more out of the classes for myself and my body. It has allowed me to use different muscles in way I never thought possible. I love Club Pilates Lakeside and am so blessed I can come every day or multiple times a day if I want.-Jamie Jamison
