Club Pilates

Wow - this club has tons of classes, flexible times, all coaches are great instructors. Safe, clean, and honestly life changing on the body. Worth every penny. This club has changed my everyday life helping my spine and glute strength making everyday more comfortable and making me stronger and happier! Management is very responsive and fair. I saw the results after a couple weeks, but highly recommended the “unlimited pass” because I’m really seeing results after 30 classes. Highly recommend!!!

I have had a great experience since starting these classes. Joslyn has always been friendly and helpful since I started working out at this facility. The workouts are great. The instructors are awesome. I’m already seeing the benefits of these workouts. It’s been fun!!!!

Horrible Membership Plan Very Few Classes! The membership is a disappointment. They have VERY Few classes and penalize you if you have to cancel! They require a minimum 3 month membership then when yu realize it's not possible to get into the classes you lose what you paid for as they burn off your membership even if they don't have classes you can attend...to add insult to injury they require a 30 day notice to terminate your membership or it automatically renews! Of course they will not let you cancel before the 3 month minimum expires so it is up to you to manage for them, ugh! Not a good investment.

My poor experience is based off customer service. After asking the front desk to cancel my membership, they NEVER gave me a form to fill out, but an email saying I would not like to renew as I was moving. I still got charged $173 for the following month and was told that because I never filled out a cancellation form they could not refund me and would not. Very disappointing that they could not recognize the fault was their own and give me a refund. Will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

They've been charging me for the last 2 years and I never knew or went to a single class. They never sent me a bill, invoice or receipt. Ever. I thought this was illegal...???
