Customer service was horrible. They had written on the board that they were taking jeans and returned all the jeans I had taken. They texted me at 957 am on Saturday when I had taken my stuff on Thursday afternoon and that was way later than 24 hours then donated my things and gave me a store credit. They said it was my fault for not picking them up on Friday but she had told me I needed to wait for the text. They also tried to argue with me about the time. Very unprofessional. Not to mention it it was my very first time here. The three associates there seem to not know what was going on. They couldn't find my receipt. It was just a bad experience.

I’m leaving 1 star because if you search for a hour and a half you MAY find decent clothes I loved this store in the beginning but now when I come I have a horrible experience every time clothes that are $5 and $10 looks as if they were dug out of the trash can like I’m not understanding I bring in my babies slightest worn clothes in they always say “we’re going to do a all pass” when I know a handful of the clothes were brand new it’s not fair I really just want to know who is in control I mean this is EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I also want to know who is tagging the clothes cause how is it that Two shirts that are the exact same two different prices??

They pick and choose what they want to take and is very lazy when doing so I took in a big box of name brand clothes and shoes also a bassinet a harness and they only took three items of clothes and returned the rest everything had only been worn once or never worn or used

No idea how this place stays open the customer service is horrible and the clothes they accept vs pass on is so inconsistent and makes no sense? Won’t be doing business with them anymore and wouldn’t recommend anybody else either. And the condescending thank you for your review from the “owner” on all the one star reviews alone would make me not do business here

ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME?!? Entire basket of clothes. Bag of shoes. Costumes. Life jacket (Never worn) it's summer time! WHY NOT?! So.... out of ALL OF THIS you only want to accept the two pairs of shorts?? Give me $0.75?? No thank you.... I'll just take it all back. Never. Again. ***I understand the turn back of out of season clothes... I do understand. *** Never had I dropped off clothes to get only two things accepted. I know for a fact these clothes are worthy enough to be accepted. I have successfully made transactions in the past. But it seems like through out the years conducting business, I can definitely see the decline and can feel why the comments are being made. And I look around to see what's on the shelf, and I'm mind blown!!! Like to the point I'm almost offended or it's comical. Really?!? I would personally like to watch them go through the clothes, because some of the clothes still have tags on them obviously never been worn and very current in style. I will be spreading word VERY FAST to the other Mothers and Caretakers I know.
