Chick-fil-A

I left a review earlier that is gone. So I’ll do it again. Ordered for delivery. They made the order and let it sit for 20 minutes before pickup. When I called to see if they would make it fresh the guy who answered the phone said it was DoorDash’s issue. And if they thought it wasn’t fresh, THEY could ask to have it remade. So I called my dasher. He was happy to oblige because by the time he got there, the food and frozen drinks had been sitting for 30 minutes. Flash forward to delivery… see the pic attached. This is our “30”count nuggets. 20 fried strings of fat at best. My earlier review 3 stars. Now they get one for being spiteful a-holes. Chick fil a has always had such quality service. This location has always been sub par. Slow drive through. Always forgetting items. Rude staff. And now this. Give this franchise store to new ownership, chick fil a. They clearly have low standards.

Chick-fil-A is always good, consistent, and has great service. The restaurant is always clean, even with a steady flow of customers. I find it helpful to do the pull-in parking to pick it up. Seems to go a little easier than drive through. Drive thru, pullin pick up, and dine-in are all good options. Don't forget to use their rewards program for free items. Can't go wrong with a milkshake or yogurt parfait with granola!

Ordered a milkshake. Realized I was given a different flavor. Spoke with the manager. Drove back and was handed the correct shake. If you make a customer come all the way back, (40 mins in total with two round-trips) you should probably give them something in addition for the inconvenience. This used to be an incredibly well-run location. Reading some of the recent reviews, I see others are seeing the same decline in service.

This restaurant has been a staple for my family and I. I have noticed the service here at this location deteriorating over the last year. After my experience last night we will no longer spend our money there. I arrived in line at the drive thru @ 8:07pm. Finally received my food @ the window @ 8:25. I decided to eat my dinner in the parking lot. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a fry. I was asked while ordering if I wanted any condiments. I asked for ketchup...the employee asked if 2 was sufficient. I agreed. When I finally arrived at the window they handed me my bag. I looked inside and saw no ketchup. Before driving away I asked politely for some ketchup. I was told it should have been in the bag. I informed the employee there was not any provided. I did not realize at that time that my bag included a box of chicken stios only...not my order. I waited patiently for 18 minutes to have my order be wrong. I went into the di ING area to get the right order. The kids working in this store were not the polite employees I was used to. I decided to get a refund based on that fact. I asked the employee doing my fefund if there was any information posted about the franchisee. He said there was not. Thus why I have taken the time to post on this medium. I want others to know what my experience was.

We waited for about 25 minutes inside to get our order to go and then when we finally did get our food it was not as hot as it should have been for us waiting for it to be made fresh. The order line was slightly confusing because it was placed so close to the pickup for online orders and Catering so that was a little confusing but I will say the lady that did take our order she was super nice and friendly and if I were to go back there it would be just because of her she did such a great job i wish i grabbed her name.
