I do love the mobile only lane! Other than that, I think this location really needs to step up to the rest of them around. I’ve got the pimento sandwich at 2 different chick fil a’s, and the one at this location only gave me 3 jalapeños and maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese, so I left feeling pretty ripped off. I would expect this from Burger King, but not Chick-Fil-A. There needs to be some re-training done. The other north academy one blows this one out of the water.
This place was very disorganized when I got to the pick up window.
I was asked my name 3 different times.
They were serving the cars behind me first.
I did not have a big order.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Not hard.
The cars behind me had to wait till I got my order.
Food Is Good. However I always order a side of blue cheese crumbles, and extra Tomatoes on 3 of our sandwiches. No blue cheese, no tomatoes and Missing a side of fries.. this isn't the first time. It's all good to me, Just a small inconvenience. I can always go back and make it right. EXCEPT, not at his location they treat you like an enemy and not a customer.. no sweat off my back. If you hate Bad service though, don't go.

You have one lane open for everybody else to go through the drive-thru. 95,000 people in that lane and I take the lane that has less people. Only to find out, while I'm in that lane, it's for mobile apps only. I get up to the lady and she asked for my name and I told her I didn't order online. She said oh I'm sorry do you mind going around again. I said no but I will leave. She said okay thanks bye. My complaint is is dumb having that lane with only one other lane open and is not marked until you're halfway through. So I went to McDonald's. They have to drive through lanes that you can actually use either lane.
This location in particular is horrible. The young female workers sit around and gossip and don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. I asked the girl who brought my order if it was a Cobb salad and she responds with “oh I don’t check the orders.” And I had to do it. Lucky I did because she handed me someone else’s order and gave ME attitude when I corrected her. Also, she forgot my sauce and straw. Had to ask for that too, since she doesn’t check the orders before she gives them out. I had to do her job for her. Maybe the customers should be on the payroll instead
Hire better workers. Those girls are lazy and have zero integrity.
Incident happened at 9pm on 10/19/23
On other occasions I’ve been given soda that is pure carbonation and fries that are not filled up all the way. This store needs to get it together. I’m happy to drive further and avoid this one at all costs
