Recently order online and got to the restaurant and it was closed. I’m very rude manager came out of the store and said we’re close don’t you see the cones. I stated how the Avalon me to order food from this restaurant and the rude manager said yes they are trying a new app. I asked if your store is closed why would you allow an app to order food and will my credit card be charge? I will not be returning to the store when it opens.
Food is great. Ordering . . . Meh. I am hard of hearing. The young person taking the order is always looking down so its hard to hear them. After multiple visits, I have yet to get exactly what I ordered. -⭐ Because of the design of the entrance, parking takes forever. - ⭐
We hit the jackpot for an early dinner. No line! Friendly staff! Quick drive-thru! Their grilled market salad was amazing as usual. The chocolate brownie was delicious. The perfect ending to a glorious autumn day. Thanks as always, CFA!
It's so disappointing to order food and then get home only to realize that they forgot an entire order. Won't go back to this location again. That's the second time it's happened here. And no, I won't drive 30 minute round trip to go pick up the food you forgot and I paid for. You should train your employees better so they don't forget an entire order.
The absolute slowest Chic Fil A I’ve ever been to. It is 100% faster to go across town to the 2 in Rogers. I don’t know what their issue is at this one but I will not waste another minute there until new management arrives.
