Chick-fil-A

Foods pretty good service is good for the most part but two issues we did pickup and got the spicy deluxe and it had no bun and when we tried to call the store number it said the number was not in service.

The food was very sub-par. I ordered a 4 count of tenders, and there was maybe one and a half tenders worth of meat. The rest was breading, and chewy cartilage/scrap pieces of chicken. On top of this, they were cold. I live maybe 5 minutes from this location, so it’s not like they cooled off that much on the drive home. The fries seemed like they’d been sitting for at least 15 minutes. They were lukewarm at best. I also ordered a frosted coffee, and it’s filled with solid white chunks of what seems like unmixed ice cream base. I will continue going to the location on orchard parkway if this is what’s to be expected.

Chick-fil-A knows how to serve. Their customer service representatives are always kind and eager to assist in any way. Their food is stellar. Top quality chicken cooked fresh and not sitting in warmers. I loved their Honey Pimento Chicken and hope it comes back! Maybe in salad form...

Your average jam packed Chick-fil-A. Food here is as good as any other and the staffing is mostly young people hustling to keep up. The drive thu is a long line of cars at any of the major eating times of day.

We love the remodel. The staff, as usual is very accommodating, helpful and kid friendly. The new space is very conducive for play age kiddos and families. This location is the gold standard.
