Chick-fil-A

This place is clean and the employees are very nice, quick and efficient. I went on a Friday about 1pm, so there was a HUGE lunch rush. Huge line inside and a huge line wrapped around thru the parking lot and the turning lane into the lot from smoky hill rd. I went inside to place a to go order and there were 5 people in front of me and about 7-8 people waiting for their orders. From the time I got in lane to getting my order it was a little less than 10min. That was really fast also considering the dozens of people in the drive thru. The employees were also very patient and kind throughout the whole experience and I got all the sauces AND the extra pickles that I asked for! Amazing service, food quality was not skipped either.

Not sure what is going on but the food was awful. It all tasted burnt, and looked burnt. Soda was gross. Had to go in to get it replaced. Probably won't be going back after the cost for burnt food. They use to pride themselves on quality. Looks like those were the days of the past. Was trying to add pictures but for some reason it won't give me an option.

Always consistent, but for some reason this location was a little slow. Everyone was very nice but just took longer than most Chic Fil A’s to get the food. More than likely it was freshly made.

There is nothing worse than when you go through the drive-through, place and pay for your order and then get home with one of the meals missing. I spoke to the manager, there was no apology, she offered to allow me to pick up my food within 30 days, nothing additional to make it right. Terrible customer service.

Just went in to speak to the manager about the fire over Tallyn's Ranch to see if they could help due something for all the first responders. What a great group the manager was very receptive and said that she would be more than happy to do what she. I also got a chance to speak to a couple of the kids working there and several of them lived very close to where the fire was. Everyone's just so polite in every Chick-fil-A I've ever been in.
