I ordered extra lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich and I didn’t notice until I drove away that my sandwich had no lettuce on it. So I went back through the line and told them and as a result I was handed old lettuce with mysterious food looking particles or bugs on the lettuce in a clear container. I was already having a pretty rough day and that experience was the icing on the cupcake for me because a grilled chicken sandwich doesn’t taste the same without lettuce. It honestly makes me question the foods quality in this establishment.

Ordered breakfast today and my hash browns were all smashed. Still tasted fine but the meal was for my toddlers so because of the mashed form they had no interest in eating them. Update to response: How would I go about letting a team member know if the visit was a to go order and I’m not eating the food in the restaurant itself?

Fast, friendly, Delicious! I placed an order in the app and when I pulled up they confirmed my order. Then I pulled forward and they confirmed it again. Then I got to the kid handing out the goods and he reconfirmed, yet again. This is a good thing. Using the app is great because I can take my time ordering and not worry about holding up the line. Plus I was able to cash in some points and score a free brownie. The sandwich was perfect. Juicy, flavorful, and very fresh.

Always a positive experience here at this Chick-Fil-A. Always clean and personnel are friendly as ever. Always super busy too! Just be careful cuz they’re in a tight spot so the parking lot tends to be crazy with the drive-thru line rounding through it all. Only bummer is how much inflation has impacted prices that I can’t afford to go here regularly, have to make it special occasions only. Don’t forget to sign up for their free app to earn points and free treat rewards every now and then!

This location is my favorite location. I actually live closer to another location but I will make the longer drive to this location. The employees at all the locations are very friendly including this location. Everyone at this location seems to be happy and they act like they love their job. The reason I pick this location over the others is for two reasons. The most important is the food. I love the salad with chicken and this location doesn’t disappoint with how delicious and wonderful the salads are. The amount of chicken makes me want to order from here. My husband loves the sandwiches from this location. The second reason is their speed. They get the orders accurate, friendly and fast!
