Chick-fil-A

I’ve been to other Chick-Fil-A locations and this one has been the BEST by far… they got my order out within 2 minutes of me ordering and the quality of the food is always good. The service was also amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great job, Chick-Fil-A!

I requested that the hash browns be made well done. I was informed that this store will not make anything well done. Frequently the hash browns taste cold, soggy, and undercooked and I was trying to avoid that. My efforts failed and they tasted cold, soggy, and undercooked. I was also informed that they would not make lunch items early. Again, this was a first. The staff and owner/operator were very friendly. This is the first time I have ever been to a CfA and left without a totally positive experience. I will probably not be returning to this location and that is also something that I have never said. Update 11/15/22 This still a horrible location. Zero people in the drive through. Zero other people waiting curbside. Maybe 6 cars in the lot. took 14 minutes for a curbside order and they still refused to make their hash browns not soggy. This location is terrible..

The bowl on the far right is one I got from ChickFila down Smoky Hill. And the two is what I got yesterday from this location. I got home and opened my bowl to an expensive snack that was big enough for my 4 year old and not me......along with ongoing issues with the quality of the chicken and other food items. Other locations do not disappoint.

CFA really seems to be going down hill. They were super busy in drive thru so we dined in. Only one staff member spoke directly to me, the rest were awkwardly silent and unfriendly. All of the chicken and fries were luke warm at best. I had to interrupt the group of employees all chatting to ask if I could get bigger tenders, because the three I got were pretty small. They hesitantly gave me new ones, which were just as luke warm as the first set. While appreciate the replacement, I would've appreciated hot food more, and a little friendly service goes a long way.

Slowest of all the chick fil a drive throughs. Came here for fast service. Trapped in line 20 minutes when line not that long.
